Started in realestate with a personal investment of a 4-unit in Wyoming, MI that I still own to this day. That let me to a flip home close to Bridge Street downtown Grand Rapids. Next I purchased a Coopersville home on 3 acres, and decided to get licensed, if for no other reason than to negotiate my own deals.
